Charilaos has 20+ years in private banking, wealth management and UHNW advisory. Formerly Senior Relationship Manager at Banque Heritage, he has extensive expertise in bespoke investment structuring and manages a network of high-net-worth clients across Switzerland and Greece.

Filippos brings several years of fund industry experience in Luxembourg, including roles at State Street and Orbis Investments across fund operations and compliance, alongside independent activity in financial markets. He holds a BSc in Business Administration, Finance with Accounting from The American College of Greece and an MSc in Finance: Private Banking & Wealth Management, from the International University of Monaco.
After completing her studies in economics and a short experience in the hotel industry, Marina started working in the early 2000s with Belluzzo e Associati, a major Italian trustee based in Milan. She later moved to Palladio Finanziaria, a leading Italian investment firm, where she spent several years as PA to a Private Equity partner while also assisting other C-level executives. Before moving to Switzerland in 2019, Marina worked mainly in the financial and real estate industries as an executive and personal assistant. In 2024, she started working at Thomas Allina Family Office as Executive Assistant to Charilaos Bournous.
With over 15 years of experience managing and developing a family business, Kevin brings strong operational discipline, leadership, and hands-on business management expertise. Over the past two years in Switzerland, he has focused on expanding his capabilities in a more international and technology-oriented environment, strengthening his skills in modern business operations, digital tools, and process-driven execution.
